I feel so blessed to have miso soup be apart of my daily life. Usually I like to have my vegetable miso soup for breakfast. It is a great way to start off your day with a superfood that is both light and easily digested. The health benefits miso soup are enormous. It keeps my blood sugar levels balanced and also helps create and maintain an alkaline condition in the body, which is key to disease resistance and prevention. Miso soup will also enrich the intestinal flora of healthy bacteria and hence support immunity. I could just go on and on about the benefits of miso. Thus, it is a good idea to try miso soup for yourself and have your own experience with it to see how it makes your body feel over time. I would recommend it on a regular basis, just once per day.
