I think the key is to begin to be with everything around us as if we were experiencing it for the first time.  The idea of practicing non-judgement is how we get there, so that we can be like a child. Thank you for the lovely reminder.</description>

These thoughts can get such a hold on us when we are unaware!  I also like the idea of making a list of things that help happiness arise.
